Research Room
Onsite Researchers will find a trove of information in the records and documents at the Johnson County Historical Society's research room providing a clearer image of Johnson County's history and families.
Operating Hours
Tuesday - Saturday: 10 am-4 pm
As staff is available
JCHS Research Staff will provide lookups for $15, prepaid. Additional research may be contracted by patrons at $15 per hour.
Photocopies may be obtained for 25 cents per page. Mailing cost is $1.00 per letter-sized envelope, up to 20 pages. Digital copies may be emailed to patron at no extra charge. Turn around time for research requests will be determined by staff availability.
